- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on real estate trends, property values, and community developments.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and online marketing.
- Show properties to potential buyers and provide detailed information about the property, location, and features.
- Prepare and present offers to sellers and buyers, negotiating terms to achieve the best outcomes.
- Guide clients through the legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions.
- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and title companies.
- Maintain accurate records of listings, contracts, and client interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and referrals.
- Attend real estate training, workshops, and networking events to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or a strong interest in the field.
- Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
